HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?

Simple! Get someone to come to Runaway who has never been before, between September 3, 2025 and November 30, 2025 and you will earn a $15 credit that will be loaded onto your account. 

HOW DO YOU MAKE THE REFERRAL?  

1) You can either give them one of our referral cards that you can pick up at the studio and they can give it to us when they attend their first class, or
2) The new guest can just tell us who referred them when they check-in at the front and we will load the credit onto your account. 

THE DETAILS AND RULES:

  • To refer someone, you need to have attended Runaway at least once in your life and have an account.  If you have been to Runaway before, 99% likely you have an account.

  • It does not matter what pass the new guest purchases, but they still have to purchase a class to attend.

  • You can refer as many people as you like, as long as they attend their first class in the specified dates (Sept 3, 2025 – Nov 30, 2025)

  • Your referral bounty is ONLY earned once the new guest attends their first class.

  • Your referral bounty is not transferrable between guests.

  • That money can be used on anything at Runaway, even merch. 

  • First time visits that happen through a private class are not eligible for the referral program.

  • The money will live on your account and never expire, although it can only be used at Runaway. 

HOW TO USE YOUR HARD-EARNED REFERRAL MONEY:

You can use your money at any time during or after the program. You can even stack it on sales that Runaway may or may not be having. 

  • In Studio: Just tell us you want to use it. We can see the amount on our side and will complete the transaction for you.

  • Online: You will not be able to see the money through the Mindbody App but you can check your balance and use the money through this specific Mindbody Online Platform

    • We regret to inform you that you have to do this through a desktop, our Mindbody App is currently not able to support this function.

  • After the program is done, we will create you a gift card with the remaining balance earned from the referral program. This gift card will be sent to you via email (the same email associated with your Mindbody account).
