For me, fitness is a key to feeling happier. I find regular exercise at any level can help improve life. A lot of it is linked to how it can change your body, but I love what it can do to your mind. When I step into the gym or go for a run, whether for 15 minutes or 2 hours, I am at peace with myself. My mind is clear and focused, sending positive vibes throughout my body that carries me for the rest of the day. I really hope I can teach this when instructing and see people inspire others around them with this thought.
